**PLEASE send the most high resolution picture that you can. These photos are being enlarged to 18" tall, and
internet saved pics are usually low resolution and get very grainy/pixelated when enlarged. Sometimes when you
send an email with a picture it will ask you if you want to reduce the file size, say no and send the highest file size
available. If you check the file size of the picture and it's below 250KB, there is a good chance that it will not print
as clearly as you are probably hoping for. If a low resolution file is sent, I will indicate it when I send the proof and
give you a chance to approve it knowing that it will look grainy close up or to replace it with a high resolution pic,
but hopefully this will help you track a good pic down before sending. One tip that I can share for you to check on
whether the picture will be good or bad, open it up on your computer or phone and zoom in as far as you can, if it is
still clear then you are probably good. If it looks like a bunch of dots and loses clarity, then you will probably want to
try and find a higher resolution picture.
PRODUCTION:
Art proof will be sent to the order email within 2-3 business days and produced within 48 hours of proof approval.
Signs are sent out USPS Prioity which take 1-4 days from Maple wood MN depending on how far you live from there. There may
be a delay if customization information is not provided, incomplete, or if the order is placed on the weekend or
holiday. Turnaround time does not include any additional time needed if changes need to be made after digital
proof is sent.
